On January 25, Sennics' project of "Common Technology of Arylamine Alkylation Catalysis and Its Industrial Application for P-phenylenediamines Antioxidant Products" won the certificate of "the second prize of the Science & Technology Progress Award from ChemChina in 2020".

The technology used in the project has solved the technical problems of catalysis and process intensification of p-phenylenediamine antioxidant series products, and has been granted with independent intellectual property rights. The technology has been successfully applied in industrial plant. The product has been tested and used by customers. The performance index and quality index are both in the international leading levels, and remarkable economic and social benefits have been achieved.

The Science & Technology Progress Award from ChemChina is a science and technology award (National Science Award No. 0137) approved by the National Office for Science and Technology Awards and undertaken by China National Chemical Corporation. Reviewed and awarded once a year, it is designed to commend those units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the basic research, technological innovation, technological achievements commercialization and industrialization of the chemical industry. ChemChina gave one special prize, three first prizes, and 30 second prizes for the Science & Technology Progress Award in 2020.
