On August 8, Sennics signed a cooperation framework agreement with Jiangsu Yoke Technology Co., Ltd. (Yoke Technology) in Shanghai. Su Fu, CEO of Sennics, and Shen Qi, Chairman and General Manager of Yoke technology, signed the agreement. Other executives attending the signing ceremony included Liu Hongsheng, General Manager of Sinochem International, Qin Jinke, Chief Financial Officer, and Shen Fu, Deputy General Manager of Yoke Technology.

Under the framework agreement, the two companies intend to carry out extensive cooperation in phosphorus flame retardant business, and Yoke Technology plans to sell its flame-retardant business to Sennics after its internal restructuring is completed.

According to Shen Qi, Chairman and General Manager of Yoke Technology, the company is a world-leading manufacturer of organic phosphorus flame retardants. Its products are widely used in automobiles, construction, electronic devices and other fields. With a strong brand influence in the industry, its products are exported to many countries and regions such as Europe, the U.S., Japan and South Korea. He hoped that both parties would take this cooperation as an opportunity to further deepen practical cooperation and achieve win-win development.

Liu Hongsheng, General Manager of Sinochem International, said that the cooperation between both parties fits in with Sinochem International's new material development strategy and is highly aligned with many new material business lines of the company. This will help Sennics to expand its product portfolio and application areas, and marks an important milestone in the strategic upgrading of the polymer additive strategy. It is expected that after the signing of the agreement, both parties will complete the deal as soon as possible according to the work schedule.
