On the morning of June 4, the 2018 Sennics Grants and Scholarships Awarding Ceremony was held at the Jiangpu Campus of Nanjing Tech University. Heads of the Students' Affairs Office, the Postgraduates' Affairs Office, and relevant colleges of Nanjing Tech University, all the students receiving grants and scholarships, and Tang Zhimin, Vice President of Sennics, attended the ceremony. Since 2010, Sennics has awarded grants and scholarships to students from Nanjing Tech University for nine consecutive years.

During the ceremony, relevant leaders and guests awarded the certificates of honor and scholarships to 10 excellent postgraduates and 10 excellent undergraduates, as well as grants to 10 students in need. Two representatives of these students shared their growth stories, expressed their sincere gratitude to Sennics for its support and assistance, and demonstrated their determination to study harder and give back to the company and the society with practical actions in the future.

Tang Zhimin, on behalf of Sennics, congratulated all the students receiving grants and scholarships. He said, guided by the core values of "In Science We Trust, Innovation for the Future", Sennics has obtained certain results in technological innovation, green cycling and industrial chain extension. In the future, the company will give higher priority to strengthening technological innovation and promoting research and development ability, more actively bring colleges and social resources together and achieve green and sustainable development. Tang Zhimin hoped to continue to forge ahead with the university, cultivate excellent students with a strong sense of responsibility and high comprehensive quality for the chemical industry and the society.

On behalf of the university, Ji Ming, Deputy Director of the Postgraduates' Affairs Office affiliated to the Party Committee at Nanjing Tech University, expressed gratitude to Sennics for its long-term care for the students, and spoke highly of the company's development concepts and core values. He hoped the company and the university will continuously innovate the cooperation mode, advance in-depth exchanges, and achieve mutual benefits and joint development. He also encouraged the students receiving grants and scholarships to develop the senses of gratitude, responsibility, and innovation and give back to the company and the society with excellent academic performance.

Sennics launched the Grants and Scholarships Program at Nanjing Tech University in March 2010. So far, 180 students in the university have won awards and 90 students have received grants and scholarships, which amounted to RMB900,000 in total. The establishment of this program reflects Sennics' core values of actively fulfilling corporate social responsibility and helping excellent students realize their dreams.
