On August 28, at the Press Conference on "2019 China Petrol and Chemical Top 500 & Enhancement and Improvement--Summit Forum on the Development of Chinese Large Chemical Enterprises", which took place in the city of Anda, Heilongjiang Province, the 2019 China Petrol and Chemical Top 500 list was announced, and Sennics made the list for the 10th consecutive time, ranking No.289 in the category of enterprises engaged in independent production and business activities.

Wang Shugang, President of China Chemical Enterprise Management Association (CCEMA), said that the combined income of the top 500 petroleum and chemical enterprises from their main businesses reached RMB 10.954 trillion in 2018, growing 12.1% year-on-year, and accounting for 88% of the entire sector’s income from their main businesses. He emphasized that, facing the volatile international situation, China' top petroleum and chemical enterprises should take five solid steps as follows: be good at doing your own thing, and be confident, hardworking and positive; be good at strategic management, and improve your ability to do strategic management and control; be good at transformation and development, and unleash your endogenous power; be good at innovation, and improve your ability to be innovation-driven; and be good at seeking international operations, and improve your international competitiveness.

In his speech, Zeng Jian, adviser to China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF), said that China' top 500 petroleum and chemical enterprises are leaders of the petroleum and chemical industries playing a crucial role in driving the adjustment of industrial structures, in promoting economic transformation and upgrading, in improving the quality of economic development, and so on. At the new starting point, the top 500 enterprises should seize the opportunities, address the challenges, get aligned to the trend ahead, resolutely take the path of seeking development through innovation and transformation, and further improve their own qualifications and the qualifications of their industries, to really make China a petroleum and chemical powerhouse.
