On September 18, International Rubber Products Expo 2019 was opened at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC). As a member company of Sinochem International and a leading global supplier of polymer additives, Sennics attended the expo, to showcase its green products and solutions including various rubber antioxidants, intermediates, insoluble sulfur, and accelerants to the visitors, and also held talks with various participating exhibitors and individuals regarding the company's development strategy, environmental concept, social responsibility, etc.

During the expo, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF) President Li Shousheng and other leaders came to Sennics' booth, and talked with the management team. Li spoke highly of Sennics' products and its contribution to the industry, and also expressed his expectations for the future of the Sennics Lianyungang project. He hoped that Sennics can further leverage its advantages, adhere to in-house innovation, achieve greater success in new areas, and promote the industry's green & high-quality development.

Lu Bo, Vice President of Sennics, accepted the interview by Ringier Trade Media during the expo, focusing on introducing Sennics' green & sustainable development strategy as well as the new technologies and products showcased at this year's event. He said that the core philosophy of "In Science We Trust" has enabled Sennics to become an industry leader of polymer additives, and in the future, Sennics will continue to drive green & sustainable development through innovation, to be customer-oriented, to increase its footprint both in China and abroad at an accelerated speed, to maintain a sustainable & stable supply capability, to seek coordinated development for multiple products, and to meet the expectations of customers and markets for Sennics.

For this year's expo, Sennics still adopted its open and unusual style. With the theme of "a magic Sennics lab", the design of its booth used many humorous chemical symbols, and was also integrated with elements such as green, flask, and plant. Such a design fully demonstrated that Sennics is constantly innovating in developing technologically advanced, clean and environment-friendly applications and processes as well as in developing safe & environment-friendly products that are green in nature starting from the very source by closely following the Sinochem Group's strategy for "comprehensively transforming into an innovative company driven by science & technology" under today's increasingly serious international economic situation. It also demonstrated the company's strong determination of working together with industry partners to build a green supply chain, to drive the entire industry's green & sustainable development, and to better meet customers' needs and public expectations.

Sennics' booth attracted customers and buyers from China as well as those from Europe, Japan, Korea, India and Russia. They expressed a strong interest in Sennics and its products, and also demonstrated their great interest in/expectation for the smart & green polymer additives project of Sennics Lianyungang. They hoped that Sennics can continue to revolve around the "green & circular" philosophy as well as the industry value chain's upstream & downstream extension to keep improving its production process and product quality, and to maintain a stable supply. Sennics staff at the exhibition talked with visitors coming to its booth, to fully understand the needs and expectations of customers, and to lay the foundation for deepening cooperation with them in the future. They said that Sennics will continue to work with customers more proactively to create a bigger value in the future as always through technology innovation and process optimization, as well as by developing and manufacturing products that are internationally competitive and protected by its own intellectual property rights.
