On May 17, Li Qing, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President of Sinochem Group, led a team to visit and provide work instructions for Sinorgchem Co., Tai'an. Li Chao, CPC Committee member and Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of Chemicals at Sinochem Group, Wu Chunjiang, Director of the Division of Party and Masses' Affairs under the SBU of Chemicals at Sinochem Group, and Chen Xinmin, Deputy Party Secretary and R&D Vice President of Sinorgchem accompanied Li and his team during the visit.

Li and his entourage entered the production area to look over the finished product workshop, the laboratory, the product storeroom and the central control room, and kindly communicated with the frontline staff about their work and life. In addition, Li heard reports on the HSE work, Party building and discipline inspection and supervision work, technologies and innovative management, production and operation management, and quality management made by the competent personnel of Sinorgchem Co., Tai'an. He fully affirmed Sinorgchem Co., Tai'an's work in various aspects. He said that the company adopts delicate and effective management and has promote various systems, processes and standards to all aspects in production and management with DuPont Safety Management as the acting point. Specifically, the company's studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building and "one branch, one brand" activity had their own focuses and characteristics, including paying attention to team building, corporate culture development and employee care. This could help the company achieve innovation, promote efficiency, save energy, reduce consumption, and improve management, thus to increase its centripetal force and cohesion.

Li pointed out that the company should institutionalize the studies on the theoretical and practical issues of Party building and conduct such studies on a regular basis, carry out Party building around current production/operation and safety work, and continue to give play to Party organizations as the "bastions" and Party members as the pioneers, so as to encourage all employees to make contributions to its green and sustainable development.
