On September 6, 2017, the List of China's Top 500 Petroleum and Chemical Companies & the Summit for Chinese Large Chemical Enterprises themed "Transformation and Improvement" was released in Ruichang, Jiangxi. Sennics hit the top 500 list for the eighth time in a row. 

In 2016, China's chemical industry actively pressed ahead with the supply-side reform, to vigorously promote industry restructuring and innovation-driven development. Meanwhile, efforts were stepped up for environmental scrutiny, to address over-capacity. In the face of an increasingly diverse external environment, Sennics has always been pursuing green and ultimate sustainable development, implementing its globalization strategy, striving to boost its production and operation management capability, actively exploring process innovation, and increasing investment in scientific research, so as to provide better brand experience for users across the world, and to contribute wisdom and driving force to the industry.

According to Wang Shugang, President of the China Chemical Enterprise Management Association (CCEMA), unlike the times before, when we only assessed the chemical industry, this year we released the top 500 list for the first time, which covers the whole petroleum and chemical industry. Moreover, the oil and oil refining businesses were brought in, thus forming a panorama of China's petroleum and chemical industry.

Zeng Jian, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the CCEMA, stressed, "While summing up the remarkable achievements made in enterprise management in this sector, we should be aware that Chinese petrochemical enterprises still lag miles behind advanced international players. In the face of the gaps and problems, these petrochemical enterprises should further strengthen their management in light of the modern management philosophy and international perspective, thereby providing strong support for the industry's growth."
