On August 26, Sennics officially released its "Sustainable Development Report 2021", which was the seventh sustainable development report released by Sennics consecutively since 2015. The report followed the core scheme of GRI Standards for Sustainability Reporting (GRI Standards) issued by the Global Sustainability Standards Board (GSSB), and passed the third-party verification of TÜV Rheinland, an international authoritative technical supervision service company.

In 2021, Sennics spread the idea of sustainable development, enhanced "intrinsic safety" and "intrinsic green" with technological innovations, promoted the low-carbon transformation and innovative development of the chemical industry, and contributed to the realization of China's "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goals and the United Nations' SDGs by 2030. The report systematically disclosed the implementation progress of the "SCI-MAN 2030" initiative, and set up the special topic of "We Are in Action for a Bluer Sky", which demonstrated that Sennics adhered to the green, low-carbon and high-quality development path, carried out the innovative development concept featuring ultimate and green growth, responded to the national "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" goals through a series of positive actions, and facilitated global sustainable development. The report also recorded that under the recurrent pandemic outbreaks and severe and complicated pandemic prevention and control, Sennics actively responded to the requirements for pandemic prevention and control, gave full play to the company's role in fighting against the pandemic, and made every effort to maintain safe and orderly production and buttress the solid defense line of fighting against the pandemic on the premise of effectively ensuring the health and safety of all employees. From such three dimensions as "innovative and intelligent manufacturing leads high-quality development, persevering and everlasting efforts create sustainable value, and co-construction and sharing create a brighter future", the report focused on the issues such as technological innovation, digital transformation, products and services, safety and environmental protection, low-carbon development, caring for employees and giving back to communities, and expounded Sennics' social responsibility management and practices in the past year, showing the company's image as a responsible brand.
