Labor and Human Rights

Our employees are our most valuable asset. We acknowledge the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and other international labor and human rights standards, follow the applicable labor laws and regulations in the countries (regions) where we operate, and support the principles advocated by ILO. The Labor and Human Rights Team under the Sustainability Working Group is responsible for promoting and implementing labor related work. We prohibit the employment and use of child labor, and are opposed to all forms of forced labor, discrimination, harassment, abuse and compulsory labor in the workplace. 1. Workplace health and safety

Sennics is committed to creating a healthy and safe workplace that follows the principle of "treating life as top priority" and requires employees to work with the company to maintain it. The company asks every employee, supplier, subcontractor and other visitors entering the site to wear working suits and proper PPE in accordance with applicable regulations. We provide safety warnings, regular safety inspection and safety training for our employees, and ensure a clean, healthy, fire-safe workplace.
